Repeat PrescriptionsThe ordering of repeat prescription via this website will be phased out on 31st March 2017, please register using the patient online service request form (via online services link) as soon as possible to continue ordering your medication.
Test Results Test results requests may be made by telephoning the surgery between 2.00pm and 2.45pm and leaving a message with the receptionist for the nurse regarding the results of your particular test.

We already have an active patient participation group and we would like to expand this and gather the views of a wider and larger representation of our practice population.
To do this we would like to create an email group so we can canvass views without the need for people to attend meetings.

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. We welcome feedback as a positive way of improving this service.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
