If the doctor has agreed for you to have a repeat prescription, you may request repeat medication

  • in writing
  • at reception
  • by post (with a stamped addressed envelope). 
  • by fax
  • by following the link above to the secure online form


Please allow at least 48 working hours for us to process your request if dropped into prescription box before 1pm.  Otherwise it will be processed the next day.

If you would like to order your medication online please print and complete the Patient UK registration request form (below) and bring together with your photo ID to reception. Access confirmation will take a few days and you will be able to collect your pin number to register as long as you provide your photo ID at the same time.patient online registration form


We now use the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which allows us to send your prescription directly to your nominated pharmacy so that you do not have to visit the practice to collect and take to your chemist yourself.

Please make sure we have your nominated pharmacy on your records.

Repeat Dispensing Service

If you are stable on your medications you may be able to pick them up direct from the pharmacy who will receive your prescription on a six monthly basis.

You will still have to have a yearly medication review.
